Don’t recommend long wait customer service is appalling and I thought that it had been refurbished the tables are sticky the staff are constantly taking the food in and out to the wrong tables we waited over an hour for food in a quiet period we didn’t get any compensation whatsoever. The chips are nice the jacket potato is dry and beans are nice the bacons a bit too underdone for my liking the sausage tastes burnt the dressing on my salad is nice
Went today under new ownership and was very disappointed with the service for food. They said when I ordered that they could do eggs you want you . I ordered 2 breakfasts with poached eggs. When it FINALLY ARRIVED It was not what we ordered as they sent fried eggs which we did order as ordered pouched and even when the food was bought back the pouched eggs didn't arrive( MY SON COULD OF COOK IT QUICKER AND BETTER AS HE WORKS IN THE SAME INDUSTRY)
No longer a Wetherspoons but now owned by a local company, who are continuing to offer a low-priced range of food and drink. They have a little way to go to get their act together, but seem to be trying hard.
Good experience. Service was ok. Although we used the app we still had to collect a round from the bar. Not a big deal but negates the need for using the app. Food was fine, low chip count as usual. Nothing to rave about, nothing to moan about.
This was a great restaurant to visit, with a well-presented counter! The layout is flashy, staff were friendly and the service was fine. I had a Chicken burgers with chips followed by Raspberry Vodka and a Coors, although the portion was a bit small.
