Founded in 2019 by three old friends and long-time South East London residents – Luke, Ben and Helen. Our passion for food and wine set us off on a mission to create a fun, relaxed wine bar and bistro experience in our neighbourhood
We offer an eclectic and expansive collection of wines to be taken away to enjoy at home or drunk alongside our seasonally inspired menu of snacks and small plates, all paired with impeccable vibes.
Really enjoyed the food which is mostly small sharing plates. The interior is cute and cosy however there is a lot of tables crammed in a small area so might not be as intimate at peak times. 🍷Huge selection of wines by glass, caraffe and bottle. ⭐️Favourite meals: Sourdough Braised octopus Pork ribeye
Peckham Cellars is an absolute gem in SE15 and south London in general… from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and looked after by incredibly attentive and lovely staff. They make the atmosphere to feel relaxed and buzzing! Food is brilliant, full of flavours and the menu always has some wonderful discoveries! Maybe I’m biased as it’s my local… but what a LOCAL that is!
Such a discovery! small in surface but big in quality! We had to book in advance for a saturday night for dinner. The menu is not very extensive which is an advantage to me. The plates are perfect for sharing and everything we ordered was delicious, we really enjoyed them. We were particularly amazed with the stilton and mushroom croquetes and with the octopus and praws rice. Extensive wine menu and friendly staff. It is also dog friendly!🐶
I absolutely loved this intimate wine bar/restaurant. My partner and I were dining at the bar and we felt so welcome and well looked after the whole evening. The selection of wine was great and the small plates we picked were all delicious. Highlights: the hake that's served on a delicious parsley sauce; the butter beans a la vodka and last but not least the lamb. Honestly this is such a gem of a restaurant. Totally recommend coming here! Great vibe all around.
This place is not big but cozy. It is also rated bib gourmand in Michelin guide. It offers a simple menu, good for sharing. I really enjoyed my meal there. Fried artichoke surprised me as I had never eaten its leaves before. That is something exciting to try. Highly recommend ❤️ Roasted Cauliflower ❤️ Fries ❤️ Winter tomatoes
