First time visiting The Pear Tree and we were not disappointed, the Sunday Lunch menu has plenty of choice and the food was absolutely gorgeous, really tasty and cooked to perfection. The staff could not have been more helpful & polite from the person greeting & showing us to our table to the very hard working table servers , we were very impressed and would definitely visit again
The pizza was amazing! Absolutely delicious. The Pear Tree Inn was very cosy and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. I can recommend to try their green dip. So tasty, you wouldn't be disappointed. I will definitely visit again.
We went unsure what to expect due to some right reviews. We are more than. Glad we went. The food was amazing. Did Sunday lunch. 3 course meal. Fantastic well presented and full of flavour. Staff didn't stop. Beautiful, amazing and a visit we will never forget
Visiting friends in Leicester, so four of us ate here. Great vibe, tasty food and good service. Not overly expensive. The curried mussels as a starter where one of the best I’ve had. The only negative was that there wasn’t many fish dishes on the menu.
An absolutely faultless Sunday roast beef with chicken livers to start. Service was attentive and friendly. All condiments offered quickly and extra gravy was brought without complaint. We shared a sticky toffee pud which was spot on. Price is actually not bad either. Could have done with a little more shade on the outside tables but other than that, perfect.
