Well done Dane and team. You served 22 of us today with fabulous Turkey and the food was tasty and hot. Lots of veggies and delicious puds. Everyone said how they liked the layout of the room. Roaring fire was a bonus too. We will be back next year for our annual Christmas family get together. Might be 35 of us next time 😃 Happy Christmas and all the best for 2024 Jackie and family
What can I say! I got in touch with Dane to arrange a surprise 30th for my brother and from the beginning he did everything he could to pull the party off and nothing was too much hassle! We had the BEST night ever! Everyone did! The burgers were the best that people had ever had and believe me there were some burger lovers there especially the birthday boy haha! It was truly fabulous, the bar staff were great & so helpful! We have been going in the Pax for a long time and have seen owners come and go but truly believe that this place is going to get better and better- it has everything going for it now! Thanks so much! We held surprise 60th party here last night for our mum, got to say wow, your hospitality was amazing, such lovely friendly staff, a warm atmosphere. The food was excellent. Thank you again for allowing us to hold the party at your pub. Will definitely be back in the future
Such a lovely time at The Pax Inn tonight. We had a group of us come for some food and games and the service was great! Dave and the staff really looked after us and made sure we were catered for. The food was delish - from the burgers and loaded fries to the seriously spicy chicken wings! I would really recommend coming here for good vibes and lovely food. Thanks again for all your hospitality!
Visited on a Saturday afternoon hoping to get something to eat as other places had stopped serving food. We all really enjoyed our food, my husband had the steak and ale pie and said it was the best he'd ever eaten in a pub. My mother in law had the gammon huge piece and not too salty, good portions, shame we're not local as this would be a regular place to visit for food and drinks. Good pint of Guinness, too. Highly recommend.
