Very untidy, a tip, beer cloudy, but there excuse was its hull fair week any excuse,!!!!
Parkers (formally the Newington) has new management and undergoing refurbishment. One half of the pub is black and amber the other half black and white, Very popular on match days. There is the usual choice of beers and lagers, sadly no cask conditioned real ale. A community pub with two dartboards and a pool table. Nice friendly staff, outside seating and a large car park.
Worst burgers ever. Used to be excellent but now low quality and very salty. Please go back to your old product. Much nicer. We now have to find a better burger when going to the football unfortunately. .
It's become a bit of an anniversary tradition that my partner and I stop by for a few drinks before we make our way home from visiting Hull fair. Everytime we've been in the staff have been lovely, the drinks well made and fairly priced and the venue is well kept and cosy. Thank you for having us, hope to see you next again year!
I will never step foot on these premises again! The owner/landlady whatever she calls herself (let’s just call her ‘Karen’ for now) is a disrespectful, argumentative piece of work. I sincerely hope Karen learns some manners or treats individuals nicely with just basic respect in the future. Until then, I would rather attempt to swallow a golf ball sugar-coated in broken glass or gouge my eyes out with teaspoons than return here. Very unprofessional and unhygienic!
