Proper boozer, friendly atmosphere, stsff like to have fun, some great events to. Something for everyone. Kids welcome and even entertainment for them on a sat afternoon and special needs. Proper community pub.
Was exactly like you would expect a pub that was closed to the public at the time - for a wake to take place. It was clean, not too loud and the bar staff and landlord were very accommodating. There could have been some vegetarian options on the buffet spread but that's small fry.
BRILLIANT PUB with the friendliest bar staff I've EVER met. Pool table available. Pint = £4. Double voddie & coke = £4.90... Food also available... See photo! Lots of special evenings that include kareoke!!
