The Park Hotel is a detached two storey building which under went an refurbishment in 2017. Located in the town of Great Harwood which sits approximately four miles from the centre of Blackburn, the pub is surrounded by plenty of private housing and local businesses with several new housing estates currently being developed which are within walking distance. Great Harwood currently offers a bustling market every week as well as a monthly farmers market. The Park hotel sits on the edge of the town centre on a busy main road into Great Harwood and it links the A680 to the M65 motorway.
A great real ale pub with really good food. Very pleasant inside with a good variety of sitting arrangements. The staff are very welcoming and it's dog friendly with free dog biscuits
Excellent service from the staff. We chose items from the Christmas menu and they didn't disappoint! Salt and pepper pigs in blankets followed by their Christmas chicken butger consisting of, chicken burger (shock..), melted brie, stuffing and a cranberry sauce with fries. Very good combination!
Had the Sunday roast offer, 2 roasts for £25. Excellent food, beautiful slow cooked beef with proper big portions of the meat and all the vegetables, plus a big jug of superb gravy. Good service for drinks and food, very pleasant helpful staff, can't fault anything. Had a very reasonably priced very good bottle of wine, not trying to rip-off with drinks. Great value for money for high quality food and a nice pub. Highly recommended all round
Popped in for a quick meal while we were in the area, ordered the grilled chicken burger which was delicious. Great quality chicken breast cooked in peri sauce- and lovely beer on tap. All for a nice price as well- would recommend!
Birthday meal tonight for 6. Service and staff were great but the star of the show is the food. Salt n pepper chicken delicious as was the halloumi. The mains were faultless, burger was fresh chopped brisket, huge tasty fish n chips and the chicken with roast veg, sauté potatoes n chorizo sauce was stunning. Lovely pub, fab staff with exceptional food. Well done the chef 👨🍳 😁

Nice friendly newly decorated community pub. Karaoke on Saturday night, Poker on Sunday afternoons and quiz nights on Wednesdays. Come and join us and enjoy a drink in our large garden area.
