All major sporting events are shown on our large screen TV’s and we welcome clubs, sports teams and societies to use our facilities. Great atmosphere, good selection of beers. Large outdoor seating area on a quiet neighbourhood street. Simple pub fare like burgers with some daily specials.
The best lively pub in town. Live music was great and the service was awesyone. This is a classic pub with some (very few) food options and sticky tables.
Nice pub a short walk from the city center. We went on a Saturday lunchtime in January and it was very quiet, but i can imagine the summer would be busy as it has an outside seating area. The bar menu was good, with soup of the day and classics like fish finger bap! We did have to send our soup back as it was a little cold, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Our story started in 2005, when the intention was to create a really friendly neighbourhood bar with something for everyone, serving a fantastic range of quality crafted drinks and craveable grazing food all day, everyday.
