Nice little spoons pub, friendly staff, friendly locals, decent amount of parking 20ft from door. Cheap, fast turnaround food, with a fair selection of drinks. Brought my family in for a cheap meal and drinks, service was under 10 minutes from order to table (food) and drinks within 3 minutes, staff checked back with us to make sure food was to our liking few minute in to meal. Pub was clean and tidy, with tables being wiped down and any mess/rubbish being picked up as spotted. Have visited several times over the year and even when busy, the staff welcome you, acknowledge you waiting at the bar and try to serve you as soon as they can, one of the manages (I assume) even put down her food to help serve while on her break. Very customer focused, polite and friendly and welcoming pub... would reccomend a visit if passing. Keep up the good work.
All the workers who work on floor are absolutely spectacular and well mannered. It is clear they take their jobs seriously and do their best to satisfy customers. Beautiful pub with posh decorations that add an attractive atmosphere.10/10 would recommend.
Had lunch for my hangover husband before Christmas grocery shopping. We ordered heatwave burger and ultimate burger. Food came relatively quickly and tasty for the price. Decent quality food for what you pay I think. The fried chicken breast for my burger was really tender and juicy. Nice budget pup for families too!
I love this pub, I come here often. The vegan options in Spoons pubs are great and the quality is amazing for the price. This pub is in a nice little quiet location tucked away from any noisy roads. My only criticism is that they never have crayons for the children's menus and they don't sell the jackfruit burger, if you fixed these things it would be 5 stars. Otherwise I always have a nice time here, great atmosphere and good service.
The most disgusting Cold breakfasts we have ever tasted. The plate was piping hot and the beans sausages eggs were cold. The bacon had been on fire but still cold. The toast you will see is uncooked and thrown onto the cold beans along with 2 pats of butter. This was terrible and when I told the staff member he just said I’ll pass it on. No apologies, they couldn’t care less. Because of the state of the food that they served, I didn’t feel that sending it back was a good thing to do. Absolutely disgraceful.
