Awful food. Would not recommend for breakfast unless the chef is trained to a higher standard. Ruined the start of a 60th birthday.
Best breakfast in Woodstock. High quality produce cooked beautifully. Excellent service too. Highly recommend the breakfast bap and the full English 👌🏼
I only ate at the restaurant rather than staying in a room, so can only comment on the food. I'll start by saying that the service was exceptional. The servers were very friendly and happy to let me take my time. They never rushed me. The food was not my favorite, although still good. The dishes were hearty and filling, and came out quickly. I do prefer my food very hot temperature -wise, so to me, the dishes were a bit cooler than preferred, but it probably wouldn't be an issue for most. I think the steak was perhaps a bit lacking in seasoning, and the cheesecake could have used more vanilla flavoring, but the halloumi fries were delicious. I think this is a nice place to go if you're in the area.
Such lovely poo lace,super friendly and helpful, going the extra miles for you staff. Rooms,just wow and food is fantastic. Only public parking though. And, 15min walk to Blenheim Palace.
Restaurant visitor not hotel guest. Was in the area for a week with work so ate at many different places and this was by far my favourite. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly staff and great food. A lovely warm and cosy vibe in the colder months.
