    The club is re opening on Saturday 29th May at 12pm. Last years memberships will be rolled over to this year at no extra cost.

    The Committe, in association with the Trustees, have taken the decision not to re open the Club on 12th April. There are many reasons as to why this is both unfeasible and impracticable.

    The Committe, in association with the Trustees, have taken the decision not to re open the Club on 12th April. There are many reasons as to why this is both unfeasible and impracticable.
    There are likely to be many restrictions on 17th May too, therefore we have decided to wait until 21st June before we re open. This gives the Committee the chance to hold a full committee meeting where we can make a decision regarding this year's membership fees, plan a full re opening and decide on a date for this year's AGM.
    We are sorry that this is not the news you were hoping for, however we have a duty to ensure the club is safe, financially secure and compliant with covid 19 and licensing laws.
    Should things change we will, of course, review the situation. less

    From 13-16 December, we want to flood social media and MPs’ inboxes with messages about why Pubs Matter, as we head into a festive season that is very different to normal.

    Our spacious garden is open to members during opening hours. We also have some children's games for a £2 refundable deposit including swingball and basketball. Please ask at the bar for details.

    We are now back on normal opening times. Social distancing must still be observed. New members and guests welcome (guests must be signed in by a member). The garden is also open however no dogs are allowed in the garden and children must be supervised at all times.

    The Club is pleased to announce that it will be re-opening for business on Saturday 4 June at 12pm. In order for us to re-open safely and in line with Government guidelines the following changes will take place:

    The Club is pleased to announce that it will be re-opening for business on Saturday 4 June at 12pm. In order for us to re-open safely and in line with Government guidelines the following changes will take place:
    Social distancing must be kept at all times, there are no exceptions.
    Club is open to Members only, we are unable to admit any guests.
    We are unable to accept new memberships until further notice.
    Due to lack of space dogs will not be allowed into the club until further notice.
    There will be a one way system to enter and leave the club. All entry into the Club will be through the main doors at the front of the building. Exit will be through the fire doors in the main bar.
    Hand sanitization stations will be available throughout the building.
    All Members must register their visit to comply with track and trace.
    Children must sit at a table with their parents at all times. They must be accompanied at all times and may not go to the Bar.
    The car park will be closed in order to give more outdoor space.
    Members will have to sit at a table inside the club which will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. They will be socially distanced and may not be moved. Please do not remove any cordons.
    If table service not available there will be a dedicated area for Members to order, pay and receive their drinks. Please do not wait around the bar or any cordoned off areas.
    Members must not return used glasses or bottles to the bar. The staff will do this and will clean the table at the same time.
    Please observe the use of toilet notices.
    Contactless payments preferred however cash will be accepted.
    Temporary change of opening times:
    Mon-Thurs 2pm – 10.30pm
    Fri 2pm -11pm
    Sat 12pm – 11pm
    Sun 12pm – 10.30pm
    Please be patient with our staff, this is all new to them too. Hope to see you soon. less

    Come and join us.
    You need to be member, however membership is only £8 and covers you up to 31st December 2020. As a member you get to enjoy the rest of the Club too!

    All tickets for NewYears Eve have been sold out. We are sorry but there will be no entry on the door as we will be at our capacity limit.
