I have to say this is my favourite place to eat. Generous portions, delicious food and the best steak n kidney pie I have ever eaten hands down. Take tupperware if eating the Sunday roast its big portions! This is a nice 'grown up' restaurant with a great selection of drinks and decent choice of menu whether you want an inexpensive soup or a plate of fresh scallops. Prices very reasonable especially when the portions are as big so you never leave feeling shirt changed. If I could eat here every day I would.
Cannot express enough the quality of the food, the service of the staff and the comfort of the venue!!!!! This is definitely our favourite!!!!!!!
Amazing hosts! Came over from NZ with my fiancés family, and they’d booked us in mentioning I was coming from New Zealand and he went out of his way to get a traditional Nz flag so he could fly it for me specifically. Absolute gentleman, and passionate about people you can’t help but smile, and want to return. The hospitality industry is missing more people like the business owners here. Food was also amazing! Very generous portions and cooked to perfection 👍🏼
Had a very nice Roast dinner this Sunday all 6 of my family, plenty of food & friendly staff.will be going again very soon.
