Lovely little pub, and and cosy. Good beers and the land lord is a nice bloke. Even brought us out some free chips which were amazing!
All 9 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals, special mention for the mussels and chocolate assiette but everything was beautiful. We were also made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, everyone was very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be going again.
A beautiful restaurant pub with a seasonal menu & good wine list. I had Mussels then Fish & Chips paired with a bright Chardonnay wine. I'm very excited for summer when I intend to come back here for Oysters. Good service, and it got quite busy as lunch time went on.
Had a wonderful 2-3 course lunch, the service was great and the food absolutely delicious. There was plenty of choice with an a la carte menu, a fixed price menu and also a menu of the month (game dishes). The prices were reasonable, the fixed price menu was very good value and the portions generous. All in all, highly recommended.
Great place in a lovely setting. Outside seating by the river is excellent , weather permitting.
