The Old Sun ticks a lot of boxes for me. Clean Bar & taps, check Clean toilets, check Friendly staff and patrons, check. Trendy Ales with Neck Oil on tap, check. The building has character, check! (low beams in some areas- be warned) A well-kept pool table, check. Lots of TVs for sport, check And a needy retriever with a lovely temperament to win our bonus round. Great pub 👍

Busy pub great service great staff Becky and ste wide range of drinks shots cocktails as well as good selection of draught lager beer they have pizza and pint deal on £12 and a pool table comfortable seating altho be it a bit low teles on for the sport

Great pub, charming with lots of character. Even got a pool table. Good beers and reasonably priced highly recommended

My friend and I visited this pub for the first time today, 4 * as I don't know it well enough yet. Nice vibe, friendly and clean. 2 large red wines £10 which is cheaper than some. Sports on for the men. We will return and we do recommend this pub. (No food).
