Brilliant service and bar staff, carver gave me extra meat :D so was really happy with that
Been going to the old mother redcap every week for 10 plus years. it’s a very hit and miss experience. sometimes hardly any staff, waiting times to be served unacceptable vat times. Today was a very good , service, food hot as it should be, I have noticed several times everything seems to run smoothly when I certain member of staff is on duty and overseeing things, which was today, The member of staff is called Kim, she is a real asset to your company She makes sure everyone is happy and the food is hot,
Food amazing and Kim and Steven really helpful one of the qr codes didn't work so they was so helpful and sorted it out straight away
Would recommend as the staff were very friendly and supportive of the group I took in for Christmas Lunch. Food was served in a timely manner. Marcus the manager was great with bar service and also a big thanks to the patience of Rebecca with her table service, very friendly and smiling talking to the residents each time. Lisa behind the Carvery was sooo polite and supportive when the residents went to choose their own carvery. Thank you to a caring team, will definitely be back and highly recommend
Our second visit to eat here, and we can't fault the food or service as both were great. Definitely recommend people having a visit to sample the food.
