There were 3 of us there for lunch. We all had the battered cod, chips and mushy peas. They were excellent. We did have to chase up our desserts, two were great, the chocolate brownie with ice cream and a mini cheesecake with a coffee, however the apple pie must have been cooked in a rush as the pastry was raw. On the whole it was a great experience and we would go again.
Great use of old mill. Very creaky floorboards add to the charm! Room we stayed in was huge! Food at the Chef & Brewer was the only downside.
Just used the restaurant, food and drinks great. We were seated quickly and ordered drinks when we sat down. All very efficient and organised. Good experience.
It's very nice warm and friendly place the meals are excellent and the staff are friendly the place is nice and clean i will be going there for a meal again it's just a short distance away from Baginton Airport buy toil bar iland Baginton Coventry.
Nice quite place. Lots of space in the car park. Nice to sit outside in the warmer weather next to the river but the sun disappeared early on in Autumn. Rooms are really nicely spacious and was really impressed. Pub is dog friendly but a bit weird that dogs were on the seats. There is a large restaurant with designated seats that you can book into. The restaurant was very empty and the pub area was busy. I would change this personally if it was up to me. The question is…..would I stay again? and I am not sure. I hope there is something better in the area, but it is okay. Not sure that Chef and Brewer is quite an accurate description.
