A very nice meal, shared with friends who we hadn't seen for a good while. Traditional, pleasant pub. Friendly atmosphere. Very efficient and happy service. Very good food. Will recommend to others. Thank you.
We went here with 4 friends and our 2 dogs for a late Sunday Roast The food was excellent John and the rest of the staff were first class and made us all very welcome and even gave some treats for our dogs - nothing was too much trouble. We would all highly recommend it and will be back soon - The full menu is excellent . Also very easy to park as they have a large car park.
Belated birthday celebration of a dear friend who turned 70! All had mains & desserts & food was delicious. Staff friendly & even put a candle in my friend's dessert to mark the occasion
My friend, her son & myself enjoyed one of our best meals & service in as long as I can remember. Beautiful place, awesome food & great service. Child friendly amazing staff. Thank you so much for your warm welcome after such a cold day. Can’t wait to visit again 🤩 Five star everything 🤩
We were staying nearby on holiday and popped in for a drink one evening and dinner the next. Lovely local pub, dog friendly and they have 2 dogs too. The more lively one was behind the bar, probably a good thing as our dog wants a game with every other dog he meets! The staff were really friendly and it had a nice family run vibe. Some nice beers on tap and the food was really flavourful, better than I expected from a pub. We particularly enjoyed the homemade deserts. Good size portions and great value for money. Definitely recommend visiting!
