Nice pub but shame the food was poor. Burgers were burnt and didn’t taste good. My soup was okay but a bit oily. The last 2 meals here haven’t been great. Used to be much better so unsure if it’s changed or we’ve just been unlucky!

A lovely homely pub, with a traditional menu. The food didn't exactly blow our minds... but the portions were very good for the price and it was all tasty! When the fires are lit, the vibe in this place would be spot on for a cold winter's evening 😍 The order: Beef bourguingnon pie - £14.50 Fish pie - £14.50 Mushroom tagliatelle - £14.50 Side salad - £2.50 Chocolate fudge cake - £6.95 Sticky toffee pudding - £6.95 📅 Visited in October 2023
Great county pub. They offer a fantastic range of Gluten Free food, which was very tasty. Service was a bit hit and miss.
A great surprising little gem hidden in the back streets of Nailsea. Well staffed with happy, competent workers and a lovely spot in the garden amongst generous seating. Food was fab, looked great. My burger was slightly over cooked, but the rest was awesome.
