Warm, cosy and a great atmosphere. People playing chess and cards and a constant hum of conversation.
Traditional local with well kept Bank Top Beers. Friendly to visitors and clean with reasonable prices. Didn't eat so no idea about food- hence no rating

Visited Saturday tea time with friends. Looks like it's been refurbished recently. It's been very well done. A warm, cosy, welcoming & friendly pub. The ale is well kept & well served. They were happy to serve a mug of tea for my wife too. We'll be back.
Excellent pub, and great real ale on tap with bank top brewery being a cut above the rest!!! And fab atmosphere, with friendly bar staff, can't recommend it enough, keep up the good work girls, fantastic.
