Had major train delays so stopped in, had a burger and chips as a quick option and was extremely tasty and couldn’t believe it was just £9.95. Had a few pints during my stay, well priced beer, about £5 a pint. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Would come here again even without train delays.
Great place for a wedding anniversary get together, nice buffet.
Not had a meal in there but had food that caters supplied at a party that was arranged which was set up sum of which was nice just bit too spicy though.
Much improved since our last visit ,I believe it's been closed for a while but now reopened for 4 months. Still no ales on draught apart from john Smith's and no sugar free energy drinks. Food menu looked good and a lot smarter than it was and so much better run with friendly eff staff.
The best family friendly pub in the area! Amazing friendly welcoming service, good priced drinks, amazing atmosphere. Over the moon to finally have a pub in the area that I’m happy to go and drink in at any time of the day or night. Definitely recommend a visit
