My families favourite pub/restaurant in Greenwich. Lovely and warm, though popular, I haven't yet been turn away when turning up for Lunch. If you want to guarantee a table, especially in the summer, book a table. Great food, lovely staff and awesome decor.
We dined her on New Year’s Eve. The atmosphere, food and service was excellent and there were lots of options to choose from on the menu. Despite being very busy the staff were kind and looked after us. A lovely venue in the heart of Greenwich.
One of the best Sunday Roast in London. The pub is located next to Cutty Sark, the Naval college and the University of Greenwich. Great location and easy to reach. The atmosphere is really nice, it is a mix of a modern brewery (with machinery) and an old merchant warehouse well furnished. The food is great. We had the Sunday roast and it is truly one of the best of London. Great sides, generous portions and perfectly cooked pork and chicken. If you are looking for a nice venue to have some food and enjoy your weekend, this is the place!
We went for a nice lunch and roast today on a special day. I was very disappointed with the food. It was soggy, overcooked and not what we thought it should have been. The toilets were also filthy and unpleasant to go to. I wouldn't go back. The price vs quality was disappointing.
No better place in the heart of Greenwich, if you're looking some very pretty surrounding to enjoy food and drink. If it's a sunny day, I recommend booking a spot outside as it really is just the ticket. Food choices are plentiful and are of a high standard. Great selection of beers and solid team of staff looking after the place. Nice.
