The Old Bell is a charming pub located in the heart of Maida Vale, London. The pub has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with a good selection of scotch and beer. The back room patio seating is perfect for large crowds and is a great place to watch sports1. The pub is famous for its cask ales and premium gins, serving breakfast, seasonal pub food, and afternoon tea1. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that you have a great experience. The pub is also conveniently located near some great restaurants such as Iran Restaurant which is right across the street and is one of the most famous Persian restaurants in London, known for its rich, authentic Persian cuisine2.

When it comes to English pubs in London, Old bell Kilburn is my absolute favourite one! Me and my partner come here very often to enjoy a drink or watch football. Today we were served by Filip, Norbert, and Val, who as usual, made us feel very welcomed. All the staff is always super friendly and happy when we come here, and the service is very fast. As a regular, we really appreciate the staff remembering us, and providing us with all we need for a good night out. The bar has a great selection of beers, wine, gins, and other cocktails. The food is of great quality and the prices are really good. The pub has a very homely and cozy atmosphere, and the huge beer garden is fantastic. The whole place is very clean and well decorated. There are many big TV screens (even outside) and they are always on top of showing big football games, boxing or mma fights. We love to come here and really recommend a visit if you’re looking for a proper pub with great quality!

🚇Kilburn High Road 🍺 £4.35 Carlsberg ❤️ A lively locals high street boozer. . The Old Bell is situated at the southern end of ever busy Kilburn High Road. The nearest station is Kilburn High Road which is literally next door, Kilburn Park Tube is a few minutes walk from here. . There has been a pub on this site since around 1600, the current building dates from 1839. During the 18th century Kilburn Wells, as the area was known then, had medicinal springs, including one in the grounds of the Old Bell pub. . This big old boozer is divided up in to three areas. At the front is the main bar which is is L shaped, has a parkay floor, plenty of seating including booths and is where the large servery is located. Just off the back of the main bar is a carpeted dining area which has a distinct Stonegate pub feel. At the rear of the pub is a massive beer garden that was renovated a couple of years ago. . The beer selection was full of familiar favourites plus three cask ales. I took it easy and decided on a Carlsberg, my pint was decent enough and cost less than a fiver. There is an American inspired comfort food menu which had some British pub grub choices too, Fish & Chips costs £9.49. . I arrived around 2pm and the place was buzzing. There were a group of Man U fans filtering out the door on their way to Wembley. The pub was packed with locals with the majority lapping up the summer sun in the beer garden. This place is great place to watch live sport, there are a multitude of screens dotted around the pub. The service here was excellent, the staff here were enthusiastic, engaging and personable. . Over the last twenty years, the big local community boozers have seen the biggest decline. This is mainly due property value, supermarket beer prices and they were also very difficult pubs to run. Here at the @old.bellkilburn it is thriving, it was great to spend time here. If you fancy a bit of retro pubbing, then this is the place for you. . ℹ️ Info correct on visiting 03.06.23
