A fabulous pub with great entertainment every night. Gail and Don give everyone a really warm welcome. Monday jam night, Thursday pubquiz/games nite, Friday live artist and Saturday night karaoke are very popular and great fun. Wednesday and Sunday bingo nights are great they also do "open the box" which sometimes gets up to over £100! Johnny Burns on a Sunday night is a lovely old time singalong and anyone is welcome to join in. Its such a friendly pub.

Classic small-town pub. Nice pub, with all the best features, but let down by some mouthy people and needs some tidying up. Could do with a bit more real ale choice.
Didn't have food but the service ,staff and the people that go in there has a great atmosphere, the landlady is brilliant, always got a smile on her face, prices are good ,plenty of parking ,clean and tidy ,,can't fault the place
Hired the lounge out for a 50th Birthday party, staff were great everyone was served quickly and were quick to deal with any requests we had. We all had an amazing time and would definitely recommend hiring out for a function in the future. All communications for the party in the weeks running up to the date was dealt with with quick replies. Thank you to all the staff who worked on the 9th September we had a great time.
Nice place to visit, good selection of beers and friendly bar staff. The entertainment was excellent Ska Man, all the ska classics. Ample outdoor seating
Good pub, charity day, sport on TV and music outside. Excellent pint of old spectacled hen. Always good to see a community pub busy on a Saturday afternoon.
