Nearly got driven into by the owner of the pub today, very impatient
Rather sad to see a pub that looks like it's on it's last legs. I hope it survives. The one real ale on offer was excellent.
Popped in as on way home from a bike ride. Only had my card, ordered a pint and landlord said only cash. However, he said its ok just have it. I salute you Sir. Very kind. However , I will pop back and square up. Also a guy at the bar even offered to buy my drink. Talk about the kindness of strangers. I will most certainly be back. Lovely cosy bar and without a doubt a friendly welcome.
Won a Sunday dinner for 2 on a fishing comp just got around to using it, really lovely food, little one enjoyed it also highly recommended 😊
I go for my dinner on a Sunday and it is really nice. Meat cooked perfectly every time and the service and atmosphere are awesome.
