The Club lounge area is the perfect place for relaxing with a post-match beer, glass of wine, freshly ground coffee or one of our speciality teas from Ringtons. The lounge has a fantastic outlook over our tennis courts and the grounds which are set within the magnificent backdrop of St Georges Church.
The café provides an all-day selection of hot and cold snacks and our menu board is full of homemade specials freshly prepared on the premises.
The big screen TV shows action from all of the biggest sports fixtures throughout the year including live action from the Grand Slam tennis tournaments, Premiership Football and the major international fixtures in Cricket and Rugby.
The lounge has FREE Wi-Fi throughout and daily newspapers are available for members to peruse.

Fantastic Place for Tennis, classes and great facilities. Food and bar area great with range of menu options. My child plays here and is a really big part of his life. Such a positive environment.
Today was my first visit to The Northumberland club Staff were lovely, food was lovely and a very good portion size and option's. Prices for membership, food and drinks were extremely reasonable and the coffee lounge area was very nice. Highly recommended
Not the best so called food and beverage manager, needs to learn some customer service , appalling man with little man syndrome

The Northumberland Club is going from strength to strength and building on our major racket sports presence in the North East. Our gym refurb is planned for completion on the 22nd December 2017 and this will be a new state-of-the-art gym, including a functional training zone, lifting platform, state of the art resistance machines, wide range of cardiovascular equipment, free weights area and group training.
