Wonderful beds and a great location! The staff was very friendly and kind, and always ready to help. The room that we had was excellent, and surprisingly spacious. The breakfast served daily was very good and the bar was always very prompt and professional in helping us get drinks. The beach was also wonderful and easy to get to from the hotel. If I had to have one knock, it is that as an American, no A/C was not great, but it was certainly breathable and livable with the windows open and complimentary fans, overall a great stay! Whether you are interesting in a golf course, or going to the beach, this is an excellent place to do it from!

Tired rooms with lack of finesse, perfectly adequate but definitely not for luxury break. Water pressure for the shower was shocking, one very dim light in the room. Only one side of the bed had a lamp. Cramped lay out and not practical. Breakfast was good, plenty of options and great service. The event food was lovely, maybe worth a winter break if you like golf! Room had a great view of the sea.

Had a 1 night stopover between Edinburgh and Butlins Skegness so looked for reasonably priced accommodation. Found this one for under £40 room only. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Only down side was pressure of water in shower. Had evening meal in the bar downstairs and can honestly say worth every penny. Pre booked a breakfast for following morning which is cheaper than on the day. Nice choice of cereals with orange or apple juice. Full English and help yourself to toast through the toast machine. Definitely worth the £10.50 advance payment. Overall a lovely stay for the night

Did not stay at the hotel but was very very busy with functions and restaurant. Location is superb with great bars and food and a fantastic view over the course one side and to the sea the other. HIGHLY recommended 👌

Located at a nice and peaceful location. Excellent service with good clean rooms. Plenty of car parking and the English breakfast was probably the best I have ever had. Freshly cooked and piping hot would go back just for that.
