We were visiting my brother who is a regular to this pub. The staff were very nice and welcoming. Didn't have any food so can't comment. Superb pub. Buzzing with atmosphere on Sunday afternoon. Pool table, tasty cider, local ales, friendly locals and staff. Really well looked after, you can tell it's run by people who care.
Nice Atmosphere in this busy pub. No food but very reasonable drink prices. Staff were extremely polite. We will be returning
Wandered up from the canal and received a nice welcome despite the pub being busy on a Tuesday evening. Well priced, well kept ales and a selection of lagers and ciders. Returned Thursday afternoon and a local told us about the garden. This was the icing on the cake as the front seating was busy with the road. Dog bowls and a fuss also provided. ππΊπΆπ
