Best roast dinner I've had for years!! I booked last minute for 3 and my baby. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was top quality, beef was cooked to perfection. We will be back again. That's the pork my husband had in photo and apple crumble
Myself and three friends came this evening (24th) and we had an amazing meal. Three of us had home made steak pie and one haddock, then three had dessert all the food was delicious. The service was lovely, they were so friendly. Highly recommended.
What a stunning location and beautiful decorated. Me and my brother were travelling from London and randomly stopped here for food. Best choice we made as the food was delicious! The staff were so friendly, funny and kind. A great experience all round! Thank you!
We stopped for lunch after a dog walk nearby. We received a warm welcome and chose to sit with the dog in the bar area. We had a burger and a fish finger sandwich, the food was fab, everything appeared homemade and very fresh. I must mention the onion rings which came with the burger, they are huge, unfortunately we ate them before I thought to take a photo! The pub has not long reopened with new owners, we wish them all the best of luck, the food was excellent and we will certainly stop again for lunch when we are next passing.
My husband and I had the ‘foxy’ breakfast. We both highly recommend to try this, locally sourced sausages, home made hash browns that have a distinctive taste.. moreish. Service was fantastic will be back and will try the Sunday roast 😁
