The Black Swan has been announced as the world's best rated restaurant by TripAdvisor. It is the first UK restaurant to be awarded the title and beat out competitors including Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Great Milton, Oxfordshire and Martín Berasategui in Lasarte-Oria, north-east Spain - reining champion since 2015.
