Came across this pub on our bike ride and stopped for refreshments. Staff were very friendly & helpful. We didn't have food but what we saw looked nice.
We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon, car park had a lot of car's in but the pub was closed.
Lovely pub , we only had a drink but the landlord was really welcoming and the beer absolutely spot on. Will go again!
The pub is open and functioning. The food is decent and there is an ok selection of drinks. All very reasonably priced. I will be going again.
