Lovely Sunday here today. Home-cooked food delicious with great variety of veg a d gorgeous local lamb. Staff friendly, service great, fire roaring.

This lovely little pub is a great place for food and a quite drink. The staff are all friendly and welcome you with a lovely smile and chat. It's got a good history on the building, which is built on the building. The Sunday carvery is absolutely outstanding 👏. Real quality locally sourced food and plenty. Me and my husband can not wait to go back. 5 🌟 in my eyes all day long.

Five stars for this lovely old pub, with lovely staff, and a Sunday lunch to die for!!! Portion size above and beyond what you expect! Puddings we're lovely too, and the prices were really competitive, well worth a visit!
