A lovely pub with a great atmosphere.The food was nice and my room (1) was large with a super king-size bed,sofa and large TV. Great staff and plenty of parking.
Booked a table in the restaurant for 1pm today Sunday, after looking on line it says Sunday lunch but not now it’s hustling a special. Well we ordered our selections but had to wait for an hour to get service no apology for the wait, then when the meals came out on cold plates, we were asked if the meals were ok it was to late to make anything of the let down In the past we have had service and hot meals don’t know what’s going on?? Will not hurry back.
Great pub and range of all drinks. The atmosphere is fantastic. Rooms are spotless and homely. Really nice good value pub food. Would stay again
A beautiful inn in a quiet location, rooms are very comfortable with ensuites. Clean and well serviced. Staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. Can't praise this inn enough. Meals are delicious and servings are plentiful. 5 stars all round
Stayed here for a number of nights. The rooms were great, food was delicious and the staff were fantastic. The only reason for knocking off a star (would have preferred to make it half a star as it wasn't a deal breaker in the grand scheme of things really) is that the complimentary wifi barely reaches the room (room 3) and phone signal from network provider (O2) struggled to get into the room too. Bearing in mind that I was here for work. If I was just here on a casual trip then this wouldn't really been important as I wouldn't have had to consider laptop connectivity.
