Poor, really poor. Service was shocking, massive queue and one colleague serving and doing drinks. Waited ages just to be served. 3 of us dining in and wanted a meal to takeaway.... Impossible. We can put a spacecraft on Mars but it's beyond human ability to provide food in a takeaway container or even wrapped in foil. Got a bottle of wine, asked for glasses that didn't have matter all over them, not possible. Just took the 2nd set of glasses and cleaned them the best I could. No knives and cutlery was gross in general, I could've got a meal from all the grossness in the cutlery container. Had the large turkey dinners, horrible. Dry turkey, frozen/dry veg. It was very cheap, I would have paid double to get better service, decent food and clean glasses and utensils. Awful, never again.

A very good breakfast with one item not up to par, but quickly and positively rectified promptly. Staff were great. Surrounding are comfortable.

This was my first time at this chain of restaurants. The staff seemed a bit stretched as they were trying to do multiple jobs at once but did so with a smile and were ever so friendly. The food was good around and totally worth the money. Would I go again, yes! The only constructive input I have is interior needed updating and menues are old and tatty but apart from that it was a good solid experience!

I'll start by saying we've been here plenty of times before, it's always been what you expect. Good value for money, decent enough grub and ok service, I don't expect a fine dining experience for £10-£15, but what I do expect is not to be spoken to like I was. We were welcomed and shown to our table, asked if we'd like a highchair for our one year old, which we did. The member of staff placed it at the end of the table (well booth) and proceeded to look at the menu. Just as we were about to go and order, a female member of staff came and very rudely and aggressively told us the highchair wasn't allowed there and we should have read the sign (a rather awkwardly placed sign we hadn't noticed that said no chair or buggies were to be placed at the end of the table). We informed her it had been placed there by the other member of staff, she then said it didn't matter and it was our fault as we should have read the sign. With nowhere else to put the highchair we again explained this was the table we had been given and the highchair wasn't put there by us, she stepped of swearing under her voice about us as she did so. We quickly explained the situation to another member of staff (possibly the manager) who did apologise and offered to move us. By this point I actually wanted to leave, but with 3 hungry children and little other local options, my wife persuaded me to stay. The food was then the worst we've had there. Most of it was cold, the "jug" of Katsu sauce was nothing more than a tiny pot and overall it seemed lacking in even the most basic of quality or care. I think they were actually massively understaffed for such a peak time during school holidays. We are what we could, and quickly left, unfortunately never to return again after that.

Lovely family friendly restaurant. Food was lovely and service great. Special shout out to the Front of House staff Michael 😊 Would recommend for good food, good price and good service.
