Had a lovely Sunday meal, service was incredible and the food was lovely. Our server, Sharna was so polite and friendly. Thank you so much, we will be back.
For the very first time, extremely disappointed, Christmas Day Christmas Dinner, Starter scallops cold, how do you add? That lettuce was lovely sauce cold no flavor , main meal cold tasteless Yorkshire puddings rock hard totally uneatable, veg and roast hard, cleanser superb, cheese Board soft crackers wilted lettuce old grapes and dry cheese, one hour from starter to main. Front of house all young ladies, beautiful kind lovely and very hard working, thank you. Whilst I understand some people may have loved their meal, the above is my feedback, but at almost 100.00per person I expect near on perfection. On a positive note, frisée lettuce was amazing, as was the lovely manager on the floor,, thank you. Joy x
The restaurant is perfect for any special occasion/celebration meal (if it wasn’t so pricey we would go more often). The food was delicious and well presented, the staff were friendly and efficient and the decor/ambiance was excellent. A really enjoyable place to have your evening (if you go into it expecting high prices). We’ll definitely be back.
Great hotel and really nice staff. My only pickle was the lack of sign/directions in the hotel telling where your room number is. I find myself opening random hallway doors like a maze to count the numbers. A few signs indicating where your room is would be perfect. Also the handheld shower head for room 11 didn't work but didn't bother me really. Will stay again when I'm working this direction. Cheers, Warren
I booked the conservatory for a special family meal and it was very special indeed! We were welcomed by friendly staff and were seated in the lounge area of the beautiful restaurant. We were asked if we would like to order drinks whilst we waited. ( a short wait) We then went through to the beautiful conservatory and settled to look at the menu. A fabulous choice and my dietary requirements were discussed with me, quickly and quietly. The food was amazing and the overall experience was even more amazing. The waitresses were professional, efficient and very happy to help. We shall definitely be back as a large group again. Thankyou
