Went for a spiritual evening and we were put in the function room that was cosy, Don't expect to be able to use a card as the Kevill doesn't take them, they only take cash. There are cash machines in the high street but it is a little bit of a walk. So take cash if you are visiting here. UPDATE they now take cards.
Lovely little pub, very welcoming staff and owners, split into multiple rooms which helps the atmosphere greatly, the pool table and jukebox provide great entertainment, always have a great time when visiting the Kevill.
Had my dad's wedding reception here a few weeks ago, lovely staff very polite, great atmosphere small but intimate
Lovely friendy pub with welcoming landlords. Fantastic singer Dave Gold singing on many Sunday nights. And not forgetting the warming open fire. X
Definitely not the family friendly pub it claims to be! We were playing away to the Kevill in the darts league and as I was coming straight back from the airport I asked the home team if they were happy for me to bring my baby as I had her with me! Our team and the Kevill were both happy for us to bring her along. I arrived to the Kevill and the only people in the pub were both teams. The bar lady working was unsure whether we were allowed her in the pub with our child so left a message with the owner. Once we settled down and started to feed our 1 month old baby, she then came over and kicked Us out... they could have at least waited until we had finished feeding her.. but clearly we don't all think that way. I couldn't understand the decision as all who were in the pub were happy fine for Us to have her there. Absolutely appalled and my opinion of the pub have gone down to rock bottom. Didn't realise a 1 month old baby would be a concern to run around..
