Came here for Xmas dinner. 100quid a pop with service and tax. Had to wait 90mins between each course, ended up having to get our own glasses and cutlery. To finish it off, check out the cheese... They told me this was Stilton, and when they showed me the block from the kitchen, it looked nothing like what they had "dumped" on my plate. I'm guessing it's all the off cuts, moulded together to make it look like a proper piece? Needless to say, ain't coming here again.
From the moment I stepped in I fell into a trance with the natural charm and beauty of this pub. My experience was only furthered when greeting a young handsome man called Harry. He was wise and cheerful and I enjoyed his company from the get go. I want to return but fear it will never recreate memory of my first time.

Large fully renovated old pub with stunning windows and interesting fresh decor. Bags of charm, and an extensive beer garden, Food was available at 4 ish which was great. Lovely bathrooms as well. Definitely worth a lengthy visit.
Beautiful pub. I went there for the first time and I love it. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious burgers. I really recommend it to all my friends and family. See you soon!

While undoubtedly a charming, traditional pub, there's something deliciously different about The Castle Inn. With a menu focusing on Thai cuisine more than British classics, it's undoubtedly one of the best pubs in South Ealing for food.
