Mega busy today! Good ale though.
The rudest barmaid I have ever come across, my daughter and I visited Dumfries after a long drive and needed some food. We entered the New Bazaar to ask if they did food, they did not then the barmaid said we couldn’t use the toilets unless we bought a drink!! She was abusive and forced my daughter to purchase two cans of coke for £3.00. Welcome to Scotland! We won’t be back!
Great owners and a fantastic selection of whisky. Sat outside and enjoyed my beer and the sunshine.
Classic little pub. At one stage this would have been the stage for livestock sales, today a couple of real ales and a goodly selection of whisky. Well worth a visit.
