A great traditional countryside pub with delicious Sunday roast and inviting stuff. A wide variety of drinks and beverages. I have been there many times and I never left disappointed. Strongly recommend
Great home cooked roast dinner. Very helpful and nice staff. Brilliant at home atmosphere (has a really homey feel) I recommend booking a table as they do get really busy.
Very busy at 12pm on sunday. Decided on a takeaway. Ordered 2 for me and friend. Only realised later that I wondered if we were overcharged. Should of asked first, but £16+ each I thought was overpriced for a takeaway.
Had my Sunday dinner here again. Great food every time. Friendly staff. Well worth going
Dirty worn and old decor. I wasn't a fan. Also on hearing my convo about Toby carvery not serving me a child's portion on medical grounds i got lectured about why they also have to refuse a child's carvery on medical grounds because they need to pay their electric bill. Then proceeded to pile my plate full of food which I took home for tea and later binned. Glad you can pay your electric bill to stay open and keep serving too much food, charging adult prices and feeding bins 👏
