What a great pub. They squeezed us in on a very busy new year's eve. Staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful. Children and dog friendly. Food was great value.

Great service was surprisingly very busy but were seated in a quieter part of the pub , which was very nice. Nice choice of menu, didn't really have to wait long but told as its busy maybe a wait ,not at all. Food was excellent ,one of the best steak and ale pies ive had in ages, great veg and nice new potatoes.

Dog friendly in the right hand "bar" area. Great variety of choice on the menu and decent prices. Sunday Roast and Beef & Bean Chilli were both great, followed by Caramel Apple Pie and Woodland Fruits Cheesecake which were delicious. Friendly staff and plenty of parking.

Really great meals. Food was great. Cooked really well. Generous portions. Very pleasant staff. Couldn’t really fault it.
