The tavern of the eccentric British explorer, Phileas J. Fogg, serving a plethora of pies, punches and grog!
Revel in a joyous evening of merriment and frivolity at Mr Fogg’s Tavern! Passed onto Phileas Fogg by his late Aunt Gertrude, the establishment is run by her dear friend and housekeeper, Miss Fanny McGee. Nestled below the Gin Parlour, the Victorian-style tavern is a jovial spot for folks to indulge in real ales and delicious grub. Tuck into a bill of fare that boasts hearty pies, succulent roasts and refreshing punches, while you marvel at a ceiling adorned with Mr Fogg’s eccentric artefacts from all around the world. You can even join us once a week for a good old cockney singalong to live music! Open every day, eat and drink till your heart’s content amidst the lively hustle and bustle of Mr Fogg’s Tavern.
This gorgeous tavern is full of character, from the decor to the music-hall songs playing in the background. I loved it and sang my heart out.....great fun. On top of that, the cocktails and food were delicious, and the staff were great, especially the young lady from Melbourne. Huge thanks to all.
Lovely old pub in a great location, very busy and a great atmosphere. The down side was my partner ordered a couple of spirits but because they were on higher shelves and the lady couldn't reach we were refused and had to settle for drinks on the lower shelves or beer, which let the experience down, very disappointing
Warm and cosy atmosphere, so close to Leicester Square tube station. They were even children friendly and accommodated our twins in a double buggy. Good selection of cocktails, slightly bit on the expensive side but worth the experience. Don't bother with the cakes, they were obviously bought from a wholesale and very dry. Otherwise, Thumbs up
One for the road became one to many 😂 Had a great time here and that one drink became prosecco, a tequila shot and a cocktail. Great staff! Specially Martin for your chat and speedy recovery with your finger .. Great drinks and cocktails. Like with any pubs in London, you'll always find some loud people and this place is no exception.
Walking around looking for a place to have a drink and happened upon here. It drew our attention with the colourful flower arch. The cocktails were delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there is a great atmosphere inside. Cocktails are on the pricey side, but it's Covent Garden, so fairly standard
