It all started when Phileas J. Fogg, Esq. opened the doors to his Mayfair Residence, followed by his Tavern and Gin Parlour in Covent Garden. Five years later, he unveiled his next exciting endeavour, an oasis in Fitzrovia. Serving cocktails and light bites inspired by strange and exotic botanicals and plant life, it is a cocktail bar for the adventurous.
