Is nice pub. Friendly but no hand Dyer when asked said it trips electricity. No hand towels have to use toilet paper and no bins to put paper into
A pub my dad used in the 50's and 60's and may even have played the piano there. No real ale, which seems to be standard for the Moston and Harpurhey area. More of cheap larger at £3.40 a pint for Stella and lime. A working man's pub, quite on my visit, everyone putting the world to rights!
Friendly atmosphere, good bar staff,prices very good,and you can talk with out having to shout😆
gigged there last nyt punters loved us but the landlord and landlandy were furious that a 5 piece band had quite abit of equipment, they paid full price and told us to leave, we talked them round to stay as not to waste the money, only to hear the drunken landlord use rasist comments towards the band (we have 2 black members). he soon dissapeared to leave his fuming landlandy to be miserable all nyt, but the customers had a great night, prob an ok pub but same cant be said for the landlords.
