Not a good place to stay. Far from Trafford centre. Self check in I was not happy. No staff. Dirty towel on bathroom. I would never stay there again no breakfast. Very noisy road out side. Not worth £100 a night. Tv not working window in bathroom did not open. Bad place to stay.

We were in room 9 (The hotel only had 9 rooms) No one behind the desk that we saw the weekend we were there. We were a party of 6 adults (3x rooms) Room 9 is the top of 4 flights stairs. Low ceiling on stair cases, I did bang head nastily on top of 3rd flight. No warning, didn't see as I was struggling carrying bags/case up stairs (as no lift). The tea/coffee/creamer/sugar facilities were not separately packaged, it was all just in dirty jars. The creamer/powdered milk smelt of fish. A few packets of sugar had been stuffed in a dirty sugared jar with old sugar remnants. None of our party of 6 dare use any of these facilities in any of our 3 rooms! No Staff were seen in this hotel during our stay, Saturday 2pm to Sunday 9.38am. one of the Rooms, one of our rooms, Room 1 had only half a broken toilet seat and bathroom smelt of Chinese, and damp water Mark's to bathroom ceiling +++. Room 9 was a very small attic room with very low eaves, a dirty/marked hand towel, thick solid dust to extractor fan in the bathroom. Water in the tap did not run at full pressure, very poor flow. Iron available (did not use) No ironing board, other 2 rooms did have this. No lit fire alarms were visible from the bed area when lights were out, and believe us, when we say these would have been needed if there had been a fire. We would not recommend this place, sorry.

Me and my partner stayed at the Milverton Hotel for one night whilst in town for a concert. The staff were very attentive, always on the phone to answer any questions we had. The room and hotel itself was lovely and very clean, comfortable sheets and bedding and the shower had great pressure. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an overnight stay.

Upon arrival, it was quiet. I chose this place because it was close to the Manchester Academy for a gig I was attending. The room was better than expected, very warm & clean. The bed sheets were so soft & the bed was very comfortable. During the night it was very quiet considering our main window faced the main road. I liked that it was all keyless with use of codes, so no worrying about loosing the keycard while we were out. One thing I will mention, the tea & coffee facilities had no milk present, but a jar with white powder, thinking this could either be sweetener or dry milk, so I tested it with just some plain water first, the smell was disgusting, the texture was lumpy even when given a good stir. Other than that. It was great!
