Service has been exceptional from Karen. Excellent recommendations, and brilliant customer service. Taylor also created us a favourite cocktail of ours that isn't on the current menu so we were so happy! Food amazing as always but customer service made this a top notch night! Down from Scotland for the weekend - Danielle, Leah and Jackie highly recommend!
What else can I say apart from exceptional! Matt, our waiter was brilliant with us. It was our first time dining here so we didn't fully understand the menu and he explained it very patiently. I had the 30 matured fillet steak and it was so soft it melted in your mouth. I cannot compliment the restaurant and staff enough I would highly recommend it. It's a little pricey but more than worth it.
Had a great meal out this evening to celebrate my 21st Birthday. We were served by a lady called Karen who was really helpful, and so lovely. The food was really good as always, and Karen even went that extra mile to sing Happy Birthday and bring a dessert for me. However I had ate so much I couldn’t eat the ice cream which I felt so bad about!! The gesture was really appreciated, and if you’re reading this, Thank you Karen!!
Great Meal! Thanks so much to Karen for making the meal extra special! Been to a lot of Miller and Carters. Never had a bad meal but the service here made this the best one yet. Definitely recommend!
We have a lovely anniversary lunch here today. Food was amazing. Best steak my husband has ever had! Chloe out service was so polite , attentive and just fabulous. Thanks for making our lunch extra special.
