Staff very attentive and polite,the meal which included Thai Chicken was okay unfortunately the rice was smothered by the sauce and although edible no way could any tastes be made apart from the sauce. My tip don't pour the sauce over the food perhaps a separate bowl of sauce would be great then the client could add this accordingly to their taste.
We really enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend the squid to start as it was cooked to perfection. staff were also very helpfully. We especially enjoyed the cocktail and drinks selection. The atmosphere was great if you are after calm and intimate environment. I'd definitely go again and recommend to a friend.
Hired the back area for my sons christening. Kieran and his team were absolutely excellent. The menus were personalised with his name on it also. The service was terrific, the room was set up exactly how we wanted it. Was a great day and will continue to use the mill house as the food is always superb. Thank you very much again. Cannot recommend enough.
Second time visiting tonight and it was even better than the last! I’m usually quiet attentive and can be critical when visiting new places having managed hospitality venues before, but The Mill House passed with flying colours. The service was very attentive and speedy even during a busy Sunday lunch and tonight on a Friday evening, the food absolutely delicious, everything tastes yummy and fresh with great choices on the menu. Atmosphere and decor are just on point, the right amount of lighting and music to create a cosy yet buzzy space. I really didn’t expect to find such a gem of a place so close to our new home in the middle of nowhere. But I’m so glad we did cause this will most definitely be our go-to moving forward.
Absolutely loved this place. The Mill House has a modern clean feel and is spilt up in to two. One part is a restaurant and the other a bar. We went into the restaurant which had a nice casual vibe. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Perfect place to enjoy a meal and relax. The cocktails are fantastic too... I'd recomend popcorn coffee martini.
