Horrible experience with the door staff. One small bald man in particular (not being cruel that’s just unfortunately how he looked) was very rude & seemed to single me out for no apparent reason. I was sober & had come from work, & for some ridiculous reason said I couldn’t go back inside & threatened me with ‘a night in the cells’ (WHAT A JOKE). Wouldn’t let me go inside to get my bag (jacket, phone etc too) & I had to wait until the end of the night to get my items back.

This was definitely the worst nightclub I ever been into. When we arrived, they did not let us go inside because "I was too drunk". In fact I did not stopped before the entrance to talk with the bodyguards. We returned after a few hours and went inside. The music was horrible, the people in there were flexers and I was able to count how many girls were inside. The employees weren't too friendly as well, but at least the agreed that nightclub is the worst ever. Don't go there, it's a completely waste of money, time and vibe.

If zero stars were possible, that's what I would give ths club. The doorman staff have no respect at all. They treated a group of girls like trash, and to top it all off, it was racially motivated. Even attempting to talk to them in a civil manner was useless because they had decided they were going to treat us like trash that doesn't deserve to be in their club. Three people at the door and none of them are reasonable, their manager no different. I have never met a group of people more arrogant, racist and just plain horrible.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Visited Edinburgh with my friends and prebooked Lulu’s VIP paying £50 in advance to reserve our spot, we arrived a few minutes early to opening and the bouncer at first asked us to wait because we were early, which we did, we asked if we could go in at 10:30 which was opening time and the bouncer was extremely rude, wouldn’t let us in, told us “1000% you’re not getting in here”, we weren’t difficult or rude to them we just wanted to check our reservation still good for 10:30 since we already paid £50. We weren’t allowed in at all because the bouncer “didn’t like us”, the manager did absolutely nothing, never in my life have I experienced anything like this. They’ve taken our money and refused to provide the service we paid for, So we’ll be taking this further and will make sure we get our money back. Don’t even bother going here unless you want to be treat like you’re worthless.

Alan Watson the bald bouncer is rude and a racist. He didn't like the way 'I looked at him' because of the colour my skin. Chris Brown the general manager thought this was acceptable and asked us to leave. I cannot believe these people still have jobs. Avoid this place and let these people they cannot behave like this. Reading the reviews below it's clear to see that I am not the only one. .......
