Better than average working men's club with a good choice of real ale.
What a blast from the past, was last in here over 30 years ago. Friendly, warm and welcoming, great selection of beverages. Pool table for 50p, can't beat that.
Went for wedding/function. Ugly on the outside and not much better inside. Ale prices fair. One of the barmen in the function room was pleasant and friendly, the barmaid on the main room gave the impression I was not welcome
