I visited your establishment on Monday of this week for the first time, to meet a couple of friends who often visit. Have to say that I was bowled over by the really friendly and helpful staff, the great surroundings and the excellent food. The kitchen team deserve huge praise too for providing such a great service and delivering meals that were both well presented and hot too (temperature wise), instead of tepid as does happen in other establishments I’ve visited in the past. Although I’m around nine miles away, I will definitely be back as I really appreciated the warmth of service and interaction with the team. Wishing you all continued success and my best wishes to you all, along with my thanks.

What a transformation!! Looks amazing. Friendly cozy pub with great atmosphere and food. It’s a go to pub in the area. Oh by the way great live sports and music! Also, staff are so accommodating and friendly. Stacey and team make u feel welcome.

Great food and service in a recently refurbished pub that looks amazing. Food service slower than would be deemed acceptable on a not very busy evening. Nearly 30 mins for cheesecake to be served. Overall, a lovely local pub for us to enjoy. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place if the barman that served me wasn't unsocial and a unmotivated emotionless bearded boring person... he served me once and I felt I actually did something to offend him... then I stood at the end of the bar where they don't serve, he walked up and just started cleaning glasses, didn't say that they don't serve there... I think he may have some problems... in fact I'm guessing it's daddy issues... service was terrible... happily go again if he wasn't working there... no smiles, no interaction... not really proud of his job... reminds me of a saying my nanna told me, 'he has a face like a slapped arse'

Seen some bad reviews of this place but we had no problems. Had a group of about 5 people, no delay to the food. Came out in a timely manner and everyone was happy. A family run pub, heard a lot of "mum can you do this" behind the bar. Would say well priced. Could park, also watch sports there, had a hunoungus screen, along with one of the biggest burgers I've had in my life. Nice people, recommended.
