Now a Mitchell and Butler Harvester. Formerly 'The Palladium'. Much changed building that used to be a pumping station.
Interesting large pub in good location next to canal,we had the Groupon voucher menu which was very dissapointing, the food was almost exactly the same as I've experienced in wetherspoons but served lukewarm on a cold plate,portions are small and inadequate, steak was chewy too.the gentlemens toilets are a joke,look like a work in progress,worst harvester I've ever been to,should be closed down for renovation,
Staff are really nice and accommodating the restaurant is very tidy snd spacious the salad bar is fresh and well stocked the mains meals very good quality hot food nicely served and perfectly cooked the puddings amazingly delicious lovely harvester definitely be returning! Good value. Thank you 🤩
Went to Navigation Inn Harvester last night which is near to where I live. My friend had never been before so new experience for him. Atmosphere was comfortable. Such a big space we had no problems being seated. Sat at one of the booths right by the salad section. Was attended to by Jessica who was very sweet. The starter of haloumi fries and spicy prawns was ok but the breadcrumb coating took over the overall taste. Ordered the cod and chips and the salmon and mash. Was disappointed at the portion size of the mash (I love mash) and the salmon had no seasoning. Lastly I was a bit surprised with the width restriction when coming through the entrance which I haven't seen before. Felt like you weren't able to get through it. Other than that is was a pleasant evening and my friend enjoyed himself. Tried Navigation Inn for breakfast 2 weeks ago. It was really quiet. Hardly anyone there so had their classic breakfast which was great. There was so much I couldn't finish it with 2 milky coffees. Will come back for breakfast again
This is certainly a really big harvester restaurant. The food was good and so was the salad bar too. Service was great! Pretty quiet as well. This harvester also gives you that old harvester vibe too! Getting here was not easy though, we had to go on these sideroads with not that many signs to lead you, be careful, you might get lost. The building looks cool from the exterior, but the interior really needs a refurb. I've literally seen paint peeled off from the wall Overall, a good experience. I might come again, but I think I'll stick to the potters bar branch 4 stars
This was my first time at Harvester Enfield. Our waiter was Clinton, he was very friendly & polite from our arrival. We were seated in a timely manner & he was very attentive throughout the evening. Our food was lovely & the portions were very good. Definitely recommend.
