Staff were perfect and very accommodating. CAUTION...T&Cs need to be confirmed before booking, example, offering our own shots to guests on arrival were, in the privately booked room, removed by an angry woman, who continued to be as angry the following morning when we returned to retrieve the decs etc. The Cleaner, lovely lady, suggested they could have charged a 'corkage'. She could've made herself £80 on the night! Won't be going there again. We had several unknown guests walk in on the night, I knew everyone attending and they were just wandering up for food and music. Oh, and don't forget to present the deposit receipt, you won't be prompted!!
Went to local Caerphilly Conservative group's skittles night. Room is well laid out and great fun night. Club members get reduced price drinks too.
Very pleasant, cheerful and friendly staff, clean and tidy, excellent shows.
This club was our chosen venue for our wedding !! Boy was that a mistake!! We was told to 50 pounds deposit for damages which was to refunded if no damage that was a lie!! We had their catering!! Mistake number 2 very poor buffet hardly any food sandwiches was plain white bread the worst I sent more like for a funeral.i complained but nothing done was not enough for guest! Absolutely awful .we put gifts behind bar for collection we were 2 missing the next day. The chairman is very arrogant man and abusive to my wife on the phone accused us of taking drink after refusing to give us our deposit back. I would recommend you do not book this club.its the worst place to be Hitler runs this pkace
Lovely club, good prices but very quiet for a Saturday night. It was the first Saturday after the new year so expected. Clean toilets, that's a bonus, compared to some other places. Stewardess very pleasant and her staff, fast service. Pity the concert room didn't have a comedian or musician of some sort, would have gone down well. Still enjoyed the evening, jukebox fab.
